How to measure your chest circumference
1. Take off your clothes first, and stand easily (but straightly), with your feet together, face straight in front, and slightly raise your forehead.
2. Circle the tape horizontally around the bust (protruding point), and tighten it slowly. When measuring, gently lift the breast with your hands, just like wearing a bra. At this time, you can easily measure your actual chest circumference and under chest: and chest line (the line at the bottom of the breast) can also be easily measured.
3. Bust size (commonly referred to as "upper bust") is measured at BP point (i.e. breast point bustpoint), and measured horizontally with a soft tape around the fullest part of the chest, which is the bust size.
4. Lower bust size: Measure the circumference of the bottom of the chest horizontally with a soft tape, which is the lower bust size.
Cup size:It refers to the difference between a woman's chest circumference and her lower chest circumference.
Cup size=bust - lower bust
The calculation unit of the bust size: Easterners often use centimeters to calculate the bust size, while Westerners prefer to use inches to express the bust size. So you can see that some bras are 75B, while others are 30B. This is just a different unit.
Before buying a bra, you'd better make sure of your size. If you don't know, use a tape measure. Just convert the size into centimeters.
